About the Role:
The Raiser’s Edge Data Conversion Analyst is an individual contributor with proven capability to convert customer data to a new software solution. This role requires expert level knowledge of Raiser's Edge and owns all aspects of converting client data into Raiser's Edge, which may consist of importing, analyzing, mapping, and converting customer data through building programming expressions using SQL and NPact's proprietary toolset.

Job Responsibilities:
- Converting customers data to a new software solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Coordinating data extraction from various databases for importing and/or conversion.
- Understanding customers' needs by proactively gathering information to learn about their requirements and expectations.
- Setting appropriate expectations with the customer as it relates to project scope, timeline, and project deliverables.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects at a time with project plans.
- Identifying and presenting Change Orders to the customer when the customer’s requirements and/or budgeted project hours fall outside of the project scope.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience with Raiser’s Edge
- 2-3 years’ experience in SQL or Microsoft SQL Server
- 1-2 years' experience with Non-profit Sector
- A strong skillset with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, Macros)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach to work
- Demonstrated success with time management and problem solving
